CloseoutPad is a working pilot.

It turns your own job photos and notes into a PDF for a customer. It is designed for a solo tradesperson who needs a report, without setting up crew-management software.

What is available

The report builder is free to try. It processes JPG, PNG and WebP in your browser, adds your captions and branding, and downloads a PDF or a project backup. Keep originals separately. Single-report credits and monthly PDF allowances are shown in Pricing; checkout is not live.

Privacy

We have added no analytics, advertising or report-upload endpoint. The free beta needs no account. A separate billing service is being prepared for paid access; it is not active in this beta. Photos, customer details and reports are processed in this browser. Hosting providers may retain normal request/security logs when serving the website; they do not receive your report files through this app. Downloads stay on your device unless you share them.

Project backups contain resized report photos and entered details. Protect these files as you would the original job records. Images are re-encoded for the report without copying original GPS or camera metadata. The app does not authenticate when or where a photograph was taken.

Planned billing privacy

Paid access will send an opaque account ID, a report fingerprint and purchase records to our Cloudflare service. It will not send photos, captions, report fields or PDF bytes. Payhip will handle checkout and send purchase/refund/subscription events, which may contain buyer email and payment metadata. Our ledger will retain a keyed customer hash and transaction IDs rather than raw email or card details.

An access key will be saved in your browser, separately from report backups. Save its private backup before changing browsers or clearing site data. Anyone with the key can use its credits. Email key recovery is not currently available. Company access uses one shared key, not separate staff logins.

Use the output accurately

Review each page before sending. Work notes, dates and captions are statements you enter. A generated PDF is not an inspection certificate, a verified work record, a safety assessment or a signature. Use photographs and logos you own or have permission to use.

Limits

Maximum 36 images per report, 15 MB per source image, 24 megapixels per source and 100 MB per batch/project. Images are resized to at most 1,600 pixels along the longest side. Very long notes and captions may need shortening before export. The included font supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text; some scripts and emoji are not supported. Save a project backup before closing the page. No cloud backup is provided.

AI browser tools

Compatible assistants can read entered report text/captions and update the report through WebMCP tools while the page is open. Your chosen assistant's data handling and usage charges apply. The PDF generator itself calls no AI model. This is not a remote MCP server or automatic traffic source.

Commercial status

One-off PDF credits and recurring export allowances with AI-browser tools are being prepared. No price is currently charged, and no future purchase, income or support guarantee is implied. This is a separate pilot from the existing Crinklekind paper shop.
