CloseoutPad report builder

A clear photo handover, without a long write-up.

A customer needs to see what you found, what you changed and what still needs attention. A short, labelled photo report can put those details in one PDF.

Capture the same view twice

Take a wide arrival photo before starting, then another from a similar position when the work is finished. Add close-ups where a wide shot would hide the detail. Keep original files separately; a resized report image is not a substitute for your source photograph.

Use captions that say what happened

“After” identifies a stage. “Replaced the damaged hinge on the left gate” tells the customer what changed. State only work you actually completed. If a problem remains, say so. Avoid claiming a photograph proves a date, hidden condition or certified inspection.

Keep the report easy to recognise

Include a report reference, job date, customer or project name, your business details and a concise work summary. Use consistent Before and After labels and arrange matching views beside each other. Two photos per page often make a pair easy to compare; use one per page when fine detail matters.

Check the PDF before sending

Save an editable project backup as well as the final PDF. In CloseoutPad, the backup includes resized photographs and report details, so keep it private. It does not include your billing access key.

Build one in your browser

Open the report builder, add JPG, PNG or WebP photos, write captions and check the page preview. Choose A4 or US Letter and one, two or four photos per page. Photos and report contents are processed locally. The payment service receives billing records and an opaque report fingerprint, not the photographs.

A compatible AI browser can arrange supplied notes and captions using the WebMCP tools. It should use your facts and ask before spending an export credit. There is no hosted AI model in the PDF generator.

This is a customer handover tool, not an inspection certificate, verified timestamp, signature service or cloud backup.
