One export covers one PDF, up to 36 photos. Changing the report uses another export; an identical re-download is free. Monthly allowances reset after a confirmed renewal and do not roll over. One-off credits have no scheduled expiry. There are no automatic overage charges.
Cancel through Payhip. Your already-paid app credits remain available until their displayed expiry. Company credits are shared using one private access key; separate staff accounts and cloud collaboration are not included.
Keep your access key safe: it restores credits on another browser. Report backups do not contain the key. Photos, captions and PDF contents stay in your browser. Billing will send an opaque account ID, a report fingerprint and purchase records to our Cloudflare service; Payhip handles your payment. Prices exclude applicable checkout tax and card conversion.
Anyone with your key can spend your credits. Keep its backup private. Lost keys cannot currently be reset by email.
